 Activities 4 U/ Sport

 

Basketball: Sessions consist of teaching the fundamental skills and technique of basketball such as throwing, catching, dribbling and shooting. For dedicated and progressive basketball players there is an opportunity to play competitively with the Activities 4 U home team ‘Camden Cougars’.

Football: Learn the fundamental skills off football, short pass, long pass, creativity with the ball, team work and team building. This session involves a variety of football skills that can increase confidence.

Wheelchair Basketball: This inclusive session involves learning the basis of wheelchair movement, shooting, dribbling, passing and catching. Sessions are stimulating, fun and engaging.

Boxing: This sport improves fitness whilst encouraging discipline, friendly sessions, technical partner work and training. Great for improving stamina.

 Netball: Participants learn the footwork, skills and technique of netball through team building exercises and improving communication skills.
